Although the inn is not large, it was much more comfortable than I had initially expected. Transportation is excellent and there are very good restaurants nearby. And right next to the Kamo River.
Nobu spoke perfect French and contacted me daily to see if there were any problems. He also sent us information on how to get to other tourist attractions, restaurant recommendations, etc., and he was quick to replenish coffee and other things that were missing.

When we arrived, not only were welcome sweets provided, but he also guided us to a nearby market, a supermarket, and the Kamo River Delta.
This is the kind of service you will never get at a hotel. We loved this Kamogawa area and the children seemed to enjoy it very much. We can walk to Shimogamo Shrine, a world heritage site, and Sanjo, with its many stores, is only one stop away by train.

Not only did we have wonderful days in Kyoto, but thanks to your advice we were able to enjoy many local delicacies such as ramen. It was also a great pleasure to meet Nobu. Kyoto is truly a wonderful place and I would love to visit again next time.

Wildlife Observation East-Hokkaido Plan
- Not only did we see wildlife, but we also stopped at local traditional events, markets, and had the best sushi conveyor belt in Japan.

We were able to tour around East Hokkaido efficiently thanks to the prompt arrangement of accommodations and rental cars. We were able to see orcas up close, which was an unforgettable experience.

Nobu was a great guide and explained many things to us during the meal, as well as interpreting with the maiko and geiko. He was really nice and even saw us off at the hotel, which we hadn’t planned to do.

He spoke perfect French and showed us the unexpected charms of Kyoto. In addition, he made some great suggestions for the rest of our stay, including some delicious food. When we come back to Kyoto, we will contact Nobu to learn more about this beautiful city.

We took the tram from Koke-dera in the west to Kiyomizu-dera in the east and walked through the residential area. We visited a bamboo grove, which we had hoped to do, and he showed us around a beautiful and less crowded point of the city.
