Jidoriya Kokoro

　When guiding visitors around Uji’s Byōdō-in Temple or the tea fields of Wazuka, we often have lunch near Uji Station, and this restaurant—Jidoriya Kokoro—is a place where guests are sure to be satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the food. It specialises in chicken dishes using ‘Kyō-Aka Jidori’, a Kyoto brand renowned for its delightful texture and rich flavour.
